In 10 fast-paced years, I’ve grown my company from scratch to be one of the largest in Canada of its kind. Our company works on more than 400 projects a year, with offices in three cities, and projects taking place across the country.
Specific improvement I’ve made:
We’ve been expanding our curiosity into the relationship between environment and learning. Education is a core value for most meetings, and by implementing cognitive and behavioral science into your conference design, you can allow guests to create deeper connections to your speakers' content. Recently our company highlighted this by breaking through the breakout room box at the Go West conference, where we created six unique breakout session rooms, each designed to stimulate different areas of the mind.
