Now Open | Boston's District Hall

The 12,000-sq.-ft. District Hall opened on the Boston waterfront near the Seaport District in March 2014. It has public and private meeting space, a dining outlet and co-working space appropriately in the city’s up-and-coming Innovation District. During the day, the building’s lounge space is open to the public for casual off-site meetings and brainstorming sessions. At night, it can be rented for receptions for 250. Three pods accommodate small groups. Two have space for up to 20, and one can hold eight. The assembly space is the most flexible option, as it can hold 220 and be divided into three. Wi-Fi and audiovisual services are provided. Catering can be arranged from the on-site Gather; alternatively, planners can make a reservation at the restaurant to dine outside of the boardroom. IdeaPaint walls are in place all over the venue, which provides writeable surfaces. The venue can arrange for local artists to come in and paint custom murals and logos on the walls prior to events. A Bose audio system is in place. Brew Cafe provides a coffee-shop setting for casual meetings. District Hall is located near several hotels, including the 424-room InterContinental Boston, the 230-room Boston Harbor Hotel, the 318-room Langham Boston, the 362-room Hilton Boston Downtown/Fanueil Hall and the 450-room Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel.
