Due to the onset of the worldwide Coronavirus outbreak, as well as peak season for influenza, Connect is committed to implementing conscious and intentional processes to not only combat these viruses, but promote healthy best practices that will become a consistent priority for all of our events during high- and low-risk time periods alike.
These practices include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the trade show floor, registration counters, info desk, and anywhere food & beverage will be served.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer placed at all networking appointment booths prior to attendee arrival.
- Appointment and exhibit booths cleaned twice a day by our decorator, Stetson Convention Services, using Clorox bleach wipes.
- Raising awareness of our conscious efforts by distributing a list titled "Tips for a Healthy Conference" to all event attendees.
