Attendees got hands-on with kumquats, pears, blackberries and cucumbers during a pickling experience designed by Wolfgang Puck Catering at AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas. An assembly line of fresh produce, spices and brine allowed guests to make their own blends while a chef attendant explained each component.
