The schedule will be designed around increased appointment times

Post-Show Sales Opportunities

Events will include five follow-up sales calls with buyers
with potential business. Calls will take place on a video

Why are these events platinum?

  •  These are exclusive opportunities to meet with in-demand event planners representing some of the most valuable meetings, conferences, trade shows and other events. Unique agendas will be built to maximize business development opportunities.

What are the 1-on-1 appointments like?

  • Connect’s signature reverse-style appointments features hosted buyers sitting at tables while suppliers move to them. Each meeting is short, approximately eight minutes long. This is a golden opportunity to begin building relationships and discussing future business.

Is there additional time to interact?

  • Yes! We will provide interactive and engaging networking opportunities to talk on-site with your fellow attendees. You may also set up times to meet individually during trade show hours, when available, or organize drinks/meals during open nights or after appointments are concluded.

How do I follow-up on business leads?

  • We encourage you to collect as much contact information as possible during appointments. Additionally, our team will facilitated a limited amount of follow-ups with your preferred appointment at the show.

How do I request appointments?

  • Connect will email you about two weeks prior to the show, informing you that our event portal has opened. Please take advantage of this opportunity to state your preferences. While we can’t guarantee you will meet with everyone requested, we will make sure you are meeting with event professionals who are a good match based on your profile.

Will I miss out on other parts of Connect events?

  • While there will be exclusive opportunities at platinum events, there will be ample time to take advantage of aspects of experiences available to all co-located events. For instance, we encourage you to enjoy the trade show at Connect Spring Marketplace and participate in education sessions provided at all of our events.
