A three-hour trip from almost anywhere in the country—with more than 1,800 fights to two major airports—it’s easy to make your way here. And when it comes to where you want to stay, there are plenty of options. Dallas has more than 75,000 hotel rooms and, with 16 new hotel projects in the works over the next two years, there’s something for everyone. Dallas also offers a multitude of options in shopping and dining ensuring even the most diverse groups will leave satisfied.

Dallas_TX_CCKay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center


With more than 1 million square feet of exhibit space, a 7,428-seat arena, a 1,750-seat theater, the largest column-free space in the country and a pair of ballrooms, Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center is a colossal facility located in the heart of downtown Dallas and is so versatile it can be used for almost any event imaginable. Some of these events include volleyball tournaments, fencing events, cheerleading and weightlifting competitions, along with hundreds of conventions and trade shows. The 1,100-room Omni Dallas hotel is connected to the KBHCC via a skybridge. Featuring 96 meeting rooms, wireless Internet throughout, and a fiber-optic transmission system that allows audiovisual broadcasts to be shared from anywhere, the KBHCC is a high-tech venue that can help make any event a giant success.

MoneyGram Soccer Park


MoneyGram Soccer Park is a 120-acre, 19-field soccer complex at Elm Fork in Dallas and has quickly become the host of several national and local events. Owned by the City of Dallas and managed, operated and maintained by FC Dallas, the facility features 14 full-size fields and five junior fields to provide areas of play for all age groups. Events held at MoneyGram Soccer Park include tournaments, league play, clinics and the occasional team training session. Conveniently located to the west of Interstate 35E on Walnut Hill Lane, the complex is a tournament-grade facility enabling soccer to continue its growth in North Texas.
