How she got here: Prior to joining Forbes, Khodaverdian, who speaks fluent Armenian, spent four years leading business development for Childhood Cancer Canada, which is the country’s leading nonprofit helping kids with cancer and their families. She also co-chaired TEDxToronto, Canada’s largest.
Superstar stats: Last year, Khodaverdian brought on 38 new sponsors to join Forbes summits. Her work also contributed to Forbes increasing event revenues worldwide by 15 percent last year.
